WS: 07: J06770A Deleting JDESRC when User Does Not have Proper Authority

Symptoms
J06770A is deleting whole custom source (in this case JDESRC) when the program X98SECOBJ returned the error "proper authority is not granted".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a temporary library and put multiples source (P062011, P062012, P063901, etc.)
2. From menu G072472 take W-2 Laser Forms Adjustment (P06770A)
3. Insert the temp library from step 1 above to processing option 4
4. Submit the option
5. Got an error message on the J06770A that the user did not have authority and that the source was deleted.
