WS: EDD: Unable to Access Logs via EDD Workbench: Error Message "293U Log File Does Not Exist" (Doc ID 2755387.1)

Symptoms

After PTF A947325778 has been applied, the following error message is generated when trying to access the logs via EDD Workbench:




STEPS
-----------------------
1. Go to G00E, then take option 15 EDD Workbench
2. Put a 5 (= log) in front of a transaction (with status E = Exception)
3. Bottom line highlights (error message)
4. F7 to see error message
5. Put 4 to display details for error message
