WS: TF: Data Item Description Pulling From File Field Description (P98FFD) Not Data Dictionary (Doc ID 2829852.1)

Symptoms

When inquiring on a file and data item via File Field Descriptions, V98FFD, the description for the field is not pulling from Data Dictionary but rather from the File Field Description.

Steps:

  1. Go to File Field Description Window, V98FFD (G9362/7 or Hidden Selection 40)
  2. Enter file name (e.g. F4311)
  3. View fields (e.g. PDPSDJ)
  4. Compare the description in Data Dictionary (G90/4 or Fast Path DD) to that in V98FFD
  5. The description is pulling from FFD (file field description), not Data Dictionary 

 

Changes

Upgrade from A9.2 to A9.4.
