Symptoms
In P069117, DBA Setup, a vacation accrual set up to calculate on the date started (DST) anniversary, is calculating in pre-payroll, P06210, for employees even when the employee's start date does not fall within the payroll dates.
STEPS:
1. Set up a DBA (P069117) based on DST, date started, in the F6 DBA Limit Window, on the Fiscal/Annv Bgn Date field.
2. Attach the DBA to the employee's DBA Instructions, P060181.
3. Process pre-payroll, P06210, for a pay period that does not include the employee's DST.
4. Review the Payroll Register, P063012, and see the DBA calculated for the employee even though the date started was not within the payroll dates.
