Symptoms
In Change Order Inquiry (P4319) Error 2162 - No Records Found for Search Criteria is invoked when inquiring on a purchase order when Change Order processing and Approvals Management are activated.
The purchase order below shows the Change Order Number (CORD) as 001 in the PO Header (P4301) and 000 in the fold of PO Detail (P4311). When the values are out of sync, the error is invoked in the P4319.
