Symptoms

When running payroll for Employees in Washington (48) noticing blank tax types G2/H2 for Paid Family Leave. These blank records are causing several issues such as tax history detail, year-end processing to create W-2s. If using the P06070 JDE Tax Calculator, you will see the 2 blank lines that are created for G2/H2.

Steps To Duplicate:

  1. Using JDE Tax Calculator (P06070)
  2. Enter tax area 48 for both work and residence
  3. Amount use 1,000
  4. Hit enter and notice in the results that 2 blank lines for Washington G2/H2 appear.
