Symptoms

The Vertex software is not applying county taxes to the sales order Online Invoice (P42230) for Arizona.

1. Enter sales order (P4211) using S / V030190310 in Tax Code/Area (EXR1 & TXA1).
2. Press F6 for Online Invoice (P42330).
3. Arizona County tax is not applied when reviewing (Press F15) the Tax Summary (P42335), Tax Summarization field (#TSS) = 3.
