WS: 77: Historical Payroll Register, R07345, Reflects ERR F5 and Shows the CPP2/QPP2 Calculated Amount for the CPP/QPP Phase 2 (Doc ID 3051845.1)

Historical Payroll Register, R07346, shows 'ERR F5' and the CPP2/QPP2 calculated amount for the period of time the phase 2 calculated.  When the Historical Payroll Register is processed for a payroll AFTER the phase 2 calculated, 'ERR F5' still prints but does not include the Phase 2 amount.

STEPS:

1. Process payrolls for a Canadian employee to exceed the CPP2/QPP2 earning limit.
2. Run the Historical Payroll Register, R07346 for the period the phase 2 limit was met.
3. Review the register and see 'ERR F5' with the phase 2 amount.
4. Run R07346 for the period AFTER the phase 2 amount was calculated.
5. Review the register and 'ERR F5' is still displayed but no $ amount is associated.
