Purpose

To discuss Advanced Stock Valuation that is available in World Distribution.

Scope

Stock value is based on the total cost of a company's inventory at a specific time. The value of stock can vary, depending on the different costs used to calculate the total cost and the method used to value the stock. Advanced Stock Valuation, system 39, is used to value inventory, or stock, on a periodic basis using valuation methods FIFO, LIFO, or Weighted Average Cost.
