Purpose

Frequently asked questions on the tax setup for employees with unique tax status.

Many of the status' are handled in the FICM field.  Using menu G07111 > Pay & Tax Revisions (P060121), locate the Tax Method field (FICM).  A code that indicates to the payroll-tax calculation system made by Vertex how to calculate certain taxes. The codes are contained in user defined code table 07/TM.
