Common Error Messages on validation report for upgrades or updates (e.g., R96004YR):

Error 3115 or Error 350A
This error is found next to every system to install that is not included in the F99LSF file. 

Error 3142 or Error 3704
This error identifies an incorrect library on the Merge Information screen.

Error 3713
This error is generated when the Upgrade Type field is left blank.

Error 3733
This error identifies libraries on your system that start with Z and have the same name as a library in your plan, i.e. your DTA type library is ABCDTA then the Z library would be ZABCDTA.  The 'Z' libraries are generated every time you perform an upgrade or update.  They should be reviewed after each upgrade or update.  See Phase 5 of the Upgrade or Update Guide.
