Scenario 1

Trying to cost product using Batch BOMs & Routing.  Batch size used in BOM, Routing and Accounting Cost Quantity (ACQ) are all equal and in primary unit of measure.  Components quantities are Variable. Simulation program, P30820, generates A1 material costs equal to the total of all the material used in the batch.  Should it not generate A1 cost for a quantity of one?

Scenario 2

Need to cost a zero batch BOM and Routing for which the material is required to be in fixed quantities, as it will be same quantity consumed for any Work Order quantity, but when simulating costs no values are rolled up, why?
