FORM (.FMB) SIZE GREATER IN 4.5 THAN WHEN SAVED IN V4.0 (Doc ID 1022901.6)

The form (.fmb) size is greater after saving in Forms v4.5 versus in Forms v4.0.

This can potentially create a disk space limitation. Is this normal behavior and if so, where is it documented?
