JCAPS 5.1 - DNS issues connecting to eManager and monitor (Doc ID 1025032.1)

Symptoms

We are facing a DNS problem with the eManager in JCAPS 5.1. In case of JCAPS, when trying to access eManager by entering http://localhost:15000 , the URL redirects to DNS entry, while in the ICAN-EM-Monitor case, it is still localhost.
