Symptoms

Anti-Virus software scanning can sometimes lead to bad behaviour of JMS Server and also cause Integration Server to Crash.

There are chances that the following errors might get logged in Integration Server Log.

ERROR: java.lang.RuntimeException: Producer creation failed: the server is recovering and this is taking longer than anticipated. Tried 10 times, waiting 200 seconds; nested exception is: java.lang.RuntimeException: Producer creation failed: the server is recovering and this is taking longer than anticipated.
