Problem accessing Enterprise Manager 5.1.x on Windows 2003

When trying to log into the Enterprise Manager using IE 6.0 on Windows 2003 SP1 after entering the user/pass to log into enterprise manager service, a page appears saying

"Login successful. Click <invisible link> to access the service you requested"

After clicking the link, (which points to http://<fully qualifed hostname>:15000/eManager/ )

The same page is getting displayed again and again.

When I try accessing the URL from my laptop browser (which has ICAN 5.0.5 installed on XP ) the login and page display works perfectly fine.
