Webservice call performance is low when called from a JCD using the proxy stubs generated from WSDL of the webservice being called. Proxy stubs are generated by Apache Axis.

An external java program using the same proxy stubs completes the call in sub second and it takes roughly 10 seconds for JCD to complete the call. This happens only if the webservice is hosted by a machine in the same internal network.

If the JCD is used in a Business Process, then the call completes in sub-second.
