Catch JMSException and UnmarshalException in ICAN JCDs? (Doc ID 1025173.1)

How can one catch JMSException when the JMS Server hosting a queue or topic is down. The publishing or subscribing JCDs need to catch the javax.jms.JMSException that is thrown when the JMS Server is down.

The problem is that the catch block in JCD in which javax.jms.JMSException is caught is not executing when JMS Server is down.
