The user is not able to connect to Database using e*Xchange Web interface and Repository Manager.
From the tomcat console, it has the following error while logging to Web Interface:
Excepton occured, rollback ePM session ...
===> Database connection (jdbc:oracle:thin:@Aixdc28.ux:1565:TMHT2<EX_BDEV/******>) failed
java.sql.SQLException: Io exception: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection
