CAPS: eManager via VPN (Doc ID 1025453.1)

Symptoms

The eManager works with no issue when the laptop is on the main network. Using the eManager over VPN, the eManager is not quite working.

Over VPN, eManager has the following bad behavior:

- eManager's refresh does not have any effect
- when trying to logout of the eManager, it does not do anything.
