Module will not startup (e.g. IQ-Manager) and the log file has the following error:

08:09:02.060 COM T 1 (file.cxx:1577): Error referencing file /egate/client/status/iq_Inbound.stcstat.lock
08:09:02.060 COM A 1 (dgstatus.cxx:401): UnableToLock E:0x20600000 (locked)
