Unable to access 'message tracking' and 'admin' sections of e*Xchange Web Interface.

After clicking on either of the above tabs, user is logged out and taken back to 'login' screen with a message "Session Timed out, please login again".

The following Error stack trace is seen in ePM web-interface logs:
