JMS Request/Reply timeout twice the configured value

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The JMS Request/Reply timeout is twice the configured timeout.
In Request/Reply scenario, if the configured time-out is set to 1 second, it does not time out until after 2 seconds.
If the Reply service is down or disabled, then the configured time-out is honored and therefore inconsistent behavor.
