Unexpected token exception in HIPAA OTD for 837P & 837I (Doc ID 1026291.1)

Symptoms

For HIPAA OTD for 837P & 837I when the following loops are missing

1.) 1000A (Submitter Loop) or/and 1000B (Receiver Loop).
2.) 2000AA (Billing Provider loop)
3.) 2300 CLM (Claim Information) segment.
4.) 2300 DTP (Statement Dates) Segment.

the OTD teser does not catch the error. but when loop 2400 is missing, it throws:

unexpected token: [Segment Tag: <SE>, Token int Type: <11>
