Is there a monk function that can take a string containing a complete name in all uppercase and convert it to proper case? Examples would be: 'STROM THURMOND' would be 'Strom Thurmond' 'ATWELL, ROGER C' would 'Atwell, Roger C' (Doc ID 1026568.1)
