Symptoms

Which .egate.store file is used when a control broker is run as a service under a particular user?

When the control broker is started from the command prompt, EGATE will use the egate.store pointed to by the HOMEDRIVE and HOMEPATH environment variables. It does not use this .egate.store when the control broker is started as a service which is run as a particular user (ie. 'This Account' parameter was set to a particular username).
