How is e*Gate Monitor affected by user-alerts raised using Java eventSend() method or Monk event-send ?

What fields in the e*Gate Monitor are affected if the following event is raised using this call to the Java eventSend() method:

eventSend(Alerter.ALERTCAT_USERDEFINED, Alerter.ALERTSUBCAT_CUSTOM,
Alerter.ALERTINFO_USER, 12345, "My Reason", "My Info", "");

or by this call to the Monk event-send function:

(event-send "ALERTCAT_USERDEFINED" "ALERTSUBCAT_CUSTOM"
"ALERTINFO_USER" "12345" "My Reason" "My Info" 0 (list) )
