Symptoms

- Page 13 of the 'e*Xpressway Integrator Server Setup and Maintenance Guide for Trading Exchanges Release 4.5.1' provides instructions for creating the account on the server. After the supplying the user name and password to login, the following message appears:

"Unfortunately, the system is currently experiencing difficulties. Please login again. If you cannot login, please try again later."
