The e*Way is not picking up events from a JMS IQ Manager after I deleted the JMS IQ files.

After deleting the files used by the JMS IQ Manager, the e*Ways that subscribe to the JMS IQ Manager are unable to pick up any events and I see the following entries in the e*Way log file:

15:04:36.281 IQ A 550 (iq.cxx:584): IQInitFailed E:0x20050000 (connection failed)
