'Retrieve File from Registry' option is not working

Symptoms

From the Enterprise Manager, when using Ctrl-L OR "Select File From Registry" option in the File menu, user is able to select the file to be retrieved. But when selecting the directory into which the file needs to be retrieved, nothing happens.
