Alert Agent unable to find printer device (Doc ID 1028001.1)

Symptoms

Testing the print channel from the AA GUI appears to work, but on running the Alert Agent you are getting similar errors to the following in the Alert Agent log:

15:35:42.184 EWY I 1640 (Printing.cxx:149): Setting default printer to :\\SRVNT1\HL-1070
15:35:42.194 EWY I 1640 (Printing.cxx:81): Got platform info from registry: Windows NT
15:35:42.204 EWY I 1640 (Printing.cxx:99): Try to find this printer: \\SRVNT1\HL-1070
15:35:42.214 EWY I 1640 (Printing.cxx:121): Cannot find printer from registry, ignore this check.
15:35:42.224 EWY I 1640 (Printing.cxx:153): \\SRVNT1\HL-1070 set as default printer.
15:35:42.284 EWY E 1640 (Printing.cxx:285): Failed to retrieve printer device context on call to PrintDlg. E:0x20002000 (internal system)
