Cannot connect to JMS Message Server from eGate Monitor.

Cannot connect to JMS Message Servers from JMS Admin GUI in eGate Monitor.
This can occur either in 4.5.2 or 4.5.3 eGate Monitors.
The JMS Admin GUI comes up and lists JMS IQ Mgrs with a red cross on them indicating that they are not connected to JMS IQ Managers. Right clicking on them and selecting connect doesn't allow gui to connect to JMS Managers.
