Monk Batch eWay is leaving zero byte files in the temp directory and is not able to delete them. This is causing issues with the eWay not able to pick up any new messages. (Doc ID 1028368.1)

Symptoms

Monk Batch eWay is leaving zero byte files in the temp directory and is not able to delete them. You have to manually delete the files from the temp directory in order for the eway to start processing messages again.
