Parsing an input field to copy all after index character (Doc ID 1028524.1)

What Monk function can be used to parse an incoming field where find-get-before is used to find the piece before the index value but then use something like the find-get-after to finish but include the index character.

For example, parse incoming field CT^20040719-031 to be built as outgoing field CT^20040719-0031. in this example the index character is "-"
