XML messages with missing or truncated ending tag(s) don't throw unmarshal exception

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an XML message which has a missing end tag is processed, an unmarshal exception is not raised, and the process that is performing the parse does not return. The process performing the parse can take up to 100% of CPU, and must be killed to terminate.
