Symptoms

How should an HL7 message be marshaled so the end delimiters are kept in tact, even though there is not data for those locations.

Sample input MSH segment:

MSH|^~\&||DICT|||20050228083022||ORU^R01|20050228083022000|P|2.3|1|L|||

Desired output:
