Timeout error when uploading License.sar file.

Following error is noticed in localhost_log file after uploading the license.sar file.

at com.stc.apache.xmlrpc.XmlRpcClient$Worker.execute(XmlRpcClient.java:414)

First when the license.sar file is uploaded, the enterprise manager shows the file has been uploaded successfully. But when clicking on the Back to component installation link, page goes blank. And when logging into the enterprise manager again it asks for loading the license file again.
