WSDLException when calling subprocess in BP with persistence turned off (Doc ID 1029086.1)

Symptoms

When creating a Business Process in ICAN 5.0.5 which has a sub-process call along with other JCDs and the sub-process invokes an external web service, with persistence enabled for the parent business proces but not for the subprocess, during the deployment of this project (and at runtime as well), get the following exception ,
2005-05-27 08:25:48,313 ERROR [RMI TCP Connection(19)-130.170.123.78] [com.stc.bpms.bpelConnector.ConnectionImpl] [] com.stc.bpms.bpel.BPELException: BPELException: faultCode=Could not create WSDLDBO: WSDLException: faultCode=OTHER_ERROR: Can't find prefix for 'http://www.routeone.com/'. Namespace prefixes must be set on the Definition object using the addNamespace(...) method.
