'Instance file does not match definition' exception in Connectivity Map after upgrading Batch eWay

Exception "Instance File does not match definition. The following parameter was not found on template file" received when accessing Batch eWay client configuration in Connectivity Map.
This error can be received under the following circumstances:
1. When opening an already defined project after upgrading the Batch FTP eWay.
2. Importing a project defined in a previous release of the Batch eWay.
