SNMP Agent in 5.0.5 is not receiving traps from ICAN (Doc ID 1029466.1)

Symptoms

SNMP Agent 5.0.3 is installed, configured and properly started and the monitor shows that SNMP Agent is running. When a service is stopped and started, the SNMP manager did not receive the SNMP trap for it.

Are there any additional steps needed other than creating SNMP Agent and starting it from monitor.
