cannot access ICAN Monitor (Doc ID 1029552.1)

Symptoms

After launching the Enterprise Manager and clicking the Monitor, the user gets the blank screen with the following error in the monitor.log

DEBUG [Thread-14] com.stc.egate.web.monitor.common.pool.PoolImpl - return Item to pool named = <unknown> instance=null

FATAL [Thread-14] com.stc.egate.web.monitor.STCAction - ERROR in STC ACTION::::
