Boolean value in stored procedure generates incorrect type in OTD and causes error when executed (Doc ID 1029585.1)

When a database OTD is generated from an Oracle stored procedure that contains a parameter of type Boolean, the value in the OTD is created as a String. This results in type mismatch error when the procedure is executed.
