java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: While Using AD Password Sync Connector with OIM Server Running on OC4J (Doc ID 1050815.1)

Symptoms

When the password is reset on a Domain Controller using the AD Pass Sync 9.1.1 Connector where OIM server is running on Oracle application server (OC4J), an error is logged. The connector retries 5 more times and gives up. The error seen in the OIM main log is:
