ToolFailureException When Deploying Exploded App (Doc ID 1052043.1)

Symptoms

When a deployer with read only permission to the app directory deploys an exploded and already appc-ed app from console, they got a write permission check exception as follows:

Caused by: weblogic.utils.compiler.ToolFailureException: [J2EE:160111]ERROR:
Appc can not write to the working directory, '/opt/gfiddsweb/adTest11'.
Please ensure that you have write permission for this directory and try again.
