SQL Developer 2.1.0.63.73 Does Not Allow Select On DBA_SCHEDULER_JOBS (Doc ID 1052858.1)

Symptoms

When trying to query DBA_SCHEDULER_JOBS using SQL Developer 2.1.0.63.73 you get no results with F9 or the green arrow on the toolbar. The query result window does not show anything and behaves like the query has incorrect syntax. No error messages is displayed.

When pressing F5 or the "Run Script" button on the toolbar it shows the result.

Workaround
Use F5 (Run Script)
or
Use previous version (SQL Developer 1.5.5)
