Error Saving Changes: Access Is Denied While Extending Schema for Password Reset (PR) (Doc ID 1053622.1)

Symptoms

Trying to extend the AD schema from the Self Service Password Reset Console "storage" screen.

At the point where you provide the AD hostname, port number, storage location (OU), AD administrator account and Password and Click Submit, the following error is given:

"Error saving changes: Access is denied."



The SSPRRESET account has all the necessary permissions as explained in <Note 471752.1>
