In WebCenter Interaction/Aqualogic Interaction portal version 6.0.0, a user may receive a Single Sign-On prompt, even though the target page security is set up to allow guest access. If the user tries to access this page again there will be no prompt. If they attempt a third time, they will see the prompt, and it continues, alternating for every further attempt.
There are two conditions that can trigger this problem:
- Enable SSO on Portal 6.0.0
- Upgrade to 6.0.0 from 5.0.x on a portal already set up for SSO
