Symptoms
A Microsoft Word document that was checked into the Content Server fails to convert, and the native file is passed through and used as the web viewable file. When clicking on the content information page of the file the following is displayed:
Step MSOfficeToPostscript forced conversion failure by conversion engine because of error: 'Unable to convert. Native application reported: "Word cannot start the converter mswrd632.wpc.'.
Inbound Refinery failed to convert the content item but released it to the web by copying the native file.
