New Documents are not Indexed Properly and Content Info Page shows "Content has been indexed with Info only. Resubmit should only be performed if the problem has been resolved." (Doc ID 1056900.1)

Symptoms


New documents are "Released" after check-in but cannot be searched.

The following errormessage is reported on the Content Information page for a checked-in document:

Index Error:
Text conversion of the file "<filename>" failed. Content has been indexed with Info only. Resubmit should only be performed if the problem has been resolved.


When enabling full verbose output for "Indexer" tracing, the following messages indicate that the document conversion has failed:

The Windows system event log show the following errormessage:

Generate Activation Context failed for D:\oracle\ucm\idc\custom\ContentAccess-win32\win32\lib\contentaccess\TextExport.exe.

Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.

Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft.VC80.CRT. Reference error message: The referenced assembly is not installed on your system.
