"Address already in use: connect" Error Message When Connecting To LDAP

When the BPM Engine connects to the LDAP server an "Address already in use: connect" error is thrown.
For example, when participants try to log into the Workspace, the following error appears in engine logs:
Caused by: domain.com:389
Caused by: Address already in use: connect
fuego.directory.DirectoryRuntimeException: Exception [javax.naming.CommunicationException: domain.com:389 [Root exception is java.net.BindException: Address already in use: connect]].
