"Address already in use: connect" Error Message When Connecting To LDAP (Doc ID 1058303.1)

Symptoms

When the BPM Engine connects to the LDAP server an "Address already in use: connect" error is thrown.

For example, when participants try to log into the Workspace, the following error appears in engine logs:

Problems trying to load participant 'ParticipantIn 67827'. Reason: Exception [javax.naming.CommunicationException: <hostname>:<port> [Root exception is java.net.BindException: Address already in use: connect]].
Caused by: <hostname>:<port>
Caused by: Address already in use: connect
fuego.directory.DirectoryRuntimeException: Exception [javax.naming.CommunicationException: <hostname>:<port> [Root exception is java.net.BindException: Address already in use: connect]].
